iPull – What Is It?

Welcome to the new way to acquire used vehicle parts!

Up to the this point you had the following options:

  • Purchase new part                               $$$$
  • Purchase used part from a yard           $$$
  • iPull process                                              $$
  • Pull your own used part                        $

 

If you wanted to spend the least amount of money, that meant you HAD to pull the part yourself. What if you don’t know how to pull the part? What is it is raining or snowing? What if you simply don’t have the time to pull the part?

Well, now there is a solution to all those issues!!!

iPull will allow you to contact the same yard that you would have had to pull the part from and have them pull the part for you. Even better than that, they will be able to ship the part to you in hours. It is now possible to contact the yard at 9:00 AM and have the part at your door by 11:00 AM. Sometimes, it could be even faster!

This concept even works for volume buyers. If you have a laundry list of parts to pull, why not have our expert technicians pull the parts for you. All you then have to do is arrive at the store and load the parts into your vehicle. What is your time worth?

The process can be broken down into three major steps:

Part inquiry – In this step, the customer contacts the iPull representative and asks whether a part is available. If the customer is an iPull-u-Pull Loyalty member than this inquiry can occur via text message or the exclusive mobile application. Otherwise, the customer can contact the iPull representative via telephone.

The iPull representative will determine whether the part is available, offer to send pictures of the part to the customer, and respond with the part price, the price to pull the part, the expected timeframe to pull the part, and the delivery charge if the customer wants the part delivered.

If the customer agrees with these responses, they can pay via credit card using this website, the Loyalty App, or even when they arrive at the store if they choose to pick up the part.

Part acquisition – Once the request has been accepted, the iPull representative will have an employee pull the part within the agreed upon timeframe. If the product is to be delivered, the part will be packaged for delivery.

Part delivery – The customer has the option of having the part delivered or picking up the part themselves. If the customer chooses to pick up the part, they talk to the employee at the iKiosk window when they enter the store property. The iKiosk will request the part be brought up the front of the store and handed to the customer.

If the customer wants the part delivered, the iPull representative will contact the delivery service, schedule a pickup, and then inform the customer on the expected delivery time.
